Thank you for being here, in my own little world where I hope to inspire you and take you along in my journey through life…
Making changes, finding balance and health, simply living the best possible life are the things I care about the most… As I believe you are what you eat, food plays a big role in my life. Not only good food makes me feel great, fulfilled and happy, it is cooking and making food that bring such joy to me! I wish to give you my tips and tricks as well as share my recipes, promoting good, nutritious and wholesome food.
Now, to introduce myself. My name is Renata and I come from Rijeka, Croatia. I am a Libra in horoscope which might have something with why balance is so important to me. Aside from my passion of food, contemporary dance has been my long lasting love… I believe that to be truly healthy there must be a balance between the mind and the body. Usually you will find my recipes are vegan and gluten-free which is how I like to eat myself 90% of the time. I find eating mostly plant based food energizing and satiating.

Vjerujem da zdravlje nastaje kao posljedica sklada između pravilne, bogate prehrane, kretanja u kojem uživamo te pozitivnog, sretnog stanja uma. Najčešće su moji recepti veganski i bez glutena jer mi je cilj otkiti vam nešto novo, drugačiji način življenja i odmak od tradicionalnog poimanja hrane.
